If one is uncertain whether one recited a bracha (before or after eating/drinking), does one recite it again?

BlessingsBrachotDoubt in Brachot

Synopsis

One is in doubt whether a bracha was said (either the opening bracha or the closing bracha after food). The Mechaber rules one does not repeat any bracha due to safek, except for Birkat HaMazon which is a Torah obligation. Authorities debate whether Bracha Acharona Me'ein Shalosh (the three-faceted after-blessing for the seven species) is also d'oraita and therefore requires care.
