If a non-Jew built a house for a Jew on Shabbat in violation of the law, may the Jew benefit from or enter that house after Shabbat?

Synopsis

When a non-Jew builds a house for a Jew on Shabbat in a forbidden manner, the Mechaber and Rema rule it is proper to be stringent and not enter it. However, in a case of kablanut, later authorities are lenient b'dieved.
