May a prayer leader (shaliach tzibur) who already recited morning blessings at home repeat them in synagogue for the congregation?
Synopsis
Since everyone is generally knowledgeable ('baki') in the morning blessings, a shaliach tzibur who already recited them at home may not repeat them — it would be a blessing in vain. The Magen Avraham, Pri Megadim, and Acharonim all agree on this. The Aruch HaShulchan rules the shaliach tzibur should always recite Al Netilat Yadayim, Asher Yatzar, and Elokai Neshama at home.
