If a tallit falls off completely by accident (without intention), must one bless upon re-wrapping?
Synopsis
The Mechaber rules a blessing is required if the tallit fell off completely, but not if only part (even most) fell off. The Taz and Eliyah Rabbah disagree, holding a blessing is required even if only most of it fell. The Beur HaGra confirms all agree that if the tallit fell entirely off the body (even if caught in hand), a blessing is required.
