Should the arm-tefillin passages be written before the head-tefillin passages, or does it not matter?
Synopsis
The Rema rules l'chatchila that arm-tefillin should be written first because those passages appear earlier in the Torah. Some say head-tefillin should be written first because of its greater sanctity. B'dieved all agree there is no distinction.
