How many people who have not heard Kaddish/Kedushah are required before Poreis al Sh'ma is performed on their behalf?
Synopsis
The Mechaber rules that one should ideally seek out six who have not heard (a majority of the required ten). Failing that, even one person who has not heard is sufficient. Rabbeinu Tam held that seven are required. Students of Rashi held that even one individual justifies the practice. The Aruch HaShulchan follows the Mechaber.
