Synopsis
The Mechaber holds that if ten people prayed individually without a minyan, they may still gather afterward and conduct Kaddish and Kedushah via Poreis al Sh'ma and repetition. The Radbaz disagrees — once they prayed individually, the obligation for Kaddish and Kedushah has passed. The Chatam Sofer sides with the Radbaz as accepted practice.
